Small uses of AI - Noticeable impact on the economy?

From friends and acquaintances I hear all sorts of small, yet innovative use cases saving people money in their daily lives.

This came up in one decisive example in my own life the other day. I received several outrageously high quotes for deep cleaning my home’s floor from several cleaning companies. I asked each cleaning company what they used and they all claimed they don’t know, only their boss who conveniently isn’t available knows. In frustration I pulled out my phone, showed Gemini my floors, and it immediately told me the specific chemical and brush I needed to do a deep and effective cleaning on my type of floors. It even pulled links to the cheapest places I could buy them online. Both items together cost $15 whereas the quotes I was getting for the same floor cleaning was $160-$200. Obviously, with the knowledge from Gemini I opted to clean my floors myself for  <10% of the cost.

What impact will these type of micro-savings actions have on the economy, especially service businesses? Instead of hiring someone to fix your dishwasher, with AI looking through the camera of your phone in real-time, it becomes easy to fix your own home appliances. Of course not everyone will use AI for these small, daily life cost saving, but with the economy where it is, I bet these small saving use cases get adopted much faster than people expect.
